The outdoor complex also includes a communal area with a large swimming pool to cool off on warm summer days, a children's area and a rest area.
A parking lot completes the outdoor area. Your apartment is assigned a parking space where you can park your car accordingly protected and safe.

If you have pets, your terrace has an exit for this through the mosquito net.

Included in the purchase price is a 5 meter 15 hp boat with trailer, which does not require a driver's license. You will find the boat in a private parking lot of the property. If you are not interested in the boat, this will be deducted accordingly from the purchase price.

In the next larger town Manacor, which you can reach in 20 minutes by car, you will find more stores, supermarkets and restaurants.

To the airport it is about 50 minutes by car and to the island capital Palma a good hour.
